Meet Owen.

Owen makes movies.

Owen graduated from the Queensland University of technology in 2023 with a film degree, a business degree, a few good scripts, and a pocket full of nifty tricks ready to take the film industry by storm. He knocked on the door and waited… and waited... then waited some more for good measure before realising no one was gonna answer. His invite didn’t get lost in the mail. It just wasn’t coming.

If he really wanted to join the club. If he really wanted to do this thing. He was going to have to kick the F******G door down. Thus Busted Hinge was born.

Busted Hinge serves as a vehicle to bring stories to life. Story is at the heart of what we do here because it’s stories that get remembered. Brand stories, personal stories, true stories, creative stories, good stories, bad stories. Every film, every photo, every marketing campaign, every design tells a story. Let us help tell your’s.

A Bit more about Owen…

Because let’s be honest, it’s his favourite subject…. Along with making films, he has worked semi-professionally as an actor and “model” for the last 6 years, so he knows full well what it’s like to be under the lights and faced with the barrel of a camera. As someone who has been in your boots, he understands the nerves and niggles that may arise and is able to help get you nice and comfy in front of the lens.
